Qualifications

• Must be legal to work in Texas and have a valid Texas drivers license 
  
• Clean driving record, as well as experience in hauling heavy trailers  
  
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is necessary and must read and write in English and Spanish

QUALITY MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing quality control programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical discipline); 5+ years management/supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• QS, ISO, and/or TS16949 experience
  
• Knowledgeable of SPC
  
• Good computer software skills
  
• Plastic injection molding industry experience is a plus
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Driver of continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Highly motivated self-starter exhibiting an inherent trait to function and respond in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

MATERIALS MANAGER

This individual will manage planning, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service departments along with supply chain management responsibilities. Provide training, develop training materials and support in the use of MRP II system and maintain system credibility. 

Qualifications

• Previous master scheduling and material management experience required  
• Must be experienced in database management    
• Background in Lean Manufacturing and Kanban systems preferred
• Bachelors Degree or university program certificate
