THE CHRISTMAS STORE

Tons of unwrapped gifts have been donated for our annual Christmas Store and now we need YOU! Volunteers are needed to fill a variety of shifts at The Christmas Store itself. Join Summit Ministries and head downtown for our Red & White New Year's Eve Party at Toyota Center! Tickets will go on sale soon. For now, here's what we can tell you about what promises to be a fun, action-packed night as we bring in 2009. Ticket price includes: Seats to the NBA game (Rockets vs. Bucks), access to the main court after the game to shoot, private room/party with DJ, unlimited refreshments, access to the "Sky Court" Game Room, exclusive NBA autographed Rocket giveaway items, and needed time with old and new friends. Early bird ticket prices are $39 thru Dec 8, $44 thru Dec 21, $49 thru Dec 30, and $54 at the door.

In his letter to the Church in Rome - Paul reminded readers " ….how beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (Romans 10:15). We have several members of Summit Ministry classes currently serving in the overseas missions fields. This section serves as a reminder for us to pray for them, and provides contact information if you want to send them a note of encouragement (who wouldn't like that?).
